A week before the day of the football tournament we are planning to organize and implement a meeting with youths, fans of sports and football as well as volunteers from Youth centre. The meeting is going to be held in order to increase young people's awareness how sports contribute to better mentality, understanding, breaking mental walls and barriers. The young people invited to the meeting will be welcomed for their fresh ideas how to develop the activities that we organize every year. We are going to distribute flyers and information materials and we are going to present the European week against racism in football. We also organize other sports activities during the year through which we could popularize the tolerance and indignation of racism. We are planning to organize and implement also funny games for the smallest children coming with their parents and mini-Olympics for those who like sport competitions but don't play football. The day of the football tournament will be like last year where we have six short 30-minute football matches (15-minute halves) and a championship game at the end. The teams will be mixed of course but this year we will ask more girl players to participate. Soft drinks and light snacks will be given out during the day and prizes and certificates will be given out at the end of the event. Preliminary trained and qualified volunteers will be following for higher tolerant displays and acts of friendship and sport spirit during the matches. At the end there will be special awards and prizes for the most tolerant sportsmen and teams. A banner with the FARE logo will be displayed along with flyers and leaflets being distributed among the crowd.

Activity 2: International Days Description: The objective of this activity is to draw attention to and encourage the observance of International Days relevant to the Campaign.
October 20, Karnobat, Bulgaria Module 2: Action Activity 1: Celebrating other Cultures Description: Organizing a children multicultural football game at the pre-scholl "Yana Laskova", Karnobat to celebrate diversity in pre - school and in the community.
October 20-28, Yana Laskova pre-school, Karnobat, BG Activity 2: "ARTagainst Racism" Exhibition Description: Setting up an exhibition in pre- school on one of the following themes: The struggle against racism Intercultural dialogue and the promotion of cultural diversity The exhibition will be combined with creative workshops and a performance. Possible exhibits: children artwork, literary excerpts, photos and symbolic objects.

October 23 Board of Education at MG "Baba Tonka" - Ruse
Venue: Lokomotiv Stadium

The football match will be between the school teams of the Mathematics Specialist School and the Comprehensive Muslim School in Ruse, Bulgaria (Muslims are considered a minority in Bulgarian and account for approximately 10% of the population). Team members will wear anti-racist T-shirts. Match tickets will comprise free red cards to be shown to racism during the match. Previously during the week there will be a radio programme promoting the match and the anti-racism idea. Media coverage will be provided for all activities and events during the week by local newspapers, radio programmes and cable TVs. Special invitation will be sent to the Mayor and the local officials.
