Pro Sport Development will develop a handbook of case studies of six rural female football players across India and run a social media campaign to highlight their stories during the #FootballPeople weeks between 8-22nd October 2020 across various digital communication channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn. The case studies will highlight the challenges and barriers that the female football players have faced throughout their journeys, how did they overcome these challenges and gender barriers, their learning in becoming a football player and what change they would like to see in football at the grassroots in India to enable girls to participate and succeed. They will also take part in a tweet chat discussing Gender and Sport alongside: Naz Foundation (India),
