The Portuguese youth LGBT organisation Rede ex aequo will build on the excitement of last year’s anti-homophobia football tournament and host a second edition of the activity with male and female teams.
The event aims to raise awareness of the issues around homophobia and sexism and promote women’s football.
The event is being organised in partnership with the LGBT organisation ILGA Portugal and the street football project Futebol de Rua, who will feed in on the matters of LGBT rights and social inclusion through football.
