The group is creating an online booklet about the the “turf debate” relating to the 2015 Women’s World Cup and the underlying gender-based discrimination. The ‘zine’ is based on a sequence of workshops that took place with female football activists in Berlin during the 2015 Women’s World Cup Festival at Discover Football (DF). On 20 October the group is holding a workshop in Berlin with athletes, activists and academics on the mentioned topic and handing out printed versions of it the ‘zine’.[:]
