Amateur football club Sion Swifts are ‘Breaking Down Barriers’ with a series of football coaching sessions for children, both boys and girls aged 4 to 17 years old, who have physical or/and learning disability. The initiative will bring together Sion Swifts Girls football team, SionSonics Disability football group and children from the ethnic minority community.
With the support from the Irish FA and Strabane Ethnic Community Association, the amateur club is looking promote inclusion of refugee children in a bid to break down barriers under the banner of ‘Football for All’.[:]
