Abriendo La Cancha Fútbol Feminista uses football as a tool of empowerment. Their organization brings together underprivileged girls in Córdoba, Argentina. They will meet to discuss different kinds of discrimination, gender, sexual orientation, class, and nationality. They will then write, produce, and star in a music video that features their football performances. This project will bring the girls together for meaningful conversation, as well as feature their football skills. It also recognizes and explores the relationship between music and sport in the region.
