The “Claiming the Pitch” handbook, published by the Berlin-based Fare member DISCOVER FOOTBALL, is a resource to help parents, teachers and the wider community understand that football is a sport for all and how it can be a tool for female empowerment.

It also aims to encourage women across the world to break down barriers and practice the sport.
